Yay Holga - first picture is great. You missed it! The Gasparuilla Arts festival had almost 300 booths, covered a good portion of downtown Tampa, INSPIRATIONAL! There was one Holga artist, a young guy from Atlanta. Very great to talk to, willing to give lots of advice. I have his card and will send you his website. His art was good, but a few of yours were better [especially your NYC shots]. He had quite a crowd at his booth though! You should think about submitting your art/photos somewhere this year. Even though his art was so-so, people were just fascinated with it because of the fact that the pictures were not retouched with a computer...
Thanks for the compliments Mary Ann. I really wish I could have attended the art show. I have to hand it to anyone that take the time and effort to put their work on display.
Shanti and I were in N.C. this past weekend finalizing some business up there. I totally plan on becoming involved in the local art scene once I am fully relocated.
